You will receive support to grow your client base through a 3-day PT induction, and opportunities to expand your skills via our 400+ CPD courses, including sports massage and other professional development programs.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging, safe, and results-driven personal training sessions.Create and implement individualized programming plans for clients.Monitor progress and adjust programs to optimize member outcomes.Motivate and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals.Maintain accurate records of sessions and client information.Promote the clubs services while providing an exceptional member experience.Requirements / About YouMinimum Qualification: Level 3 CIMSPA accredited Personal Trainer.Passionate about health, fitness, and inspiring others.Strong communication, interaction, and motivational skills.Self-driven with a positive outlook and proactive approach.Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.Benefits & Perks50% net revenue share plus 5 on top per session from your 16th session each week (minimum 16 per session; 21 per session from your 16th).Flexible working hours choose when you are available for 1-to-1 sessions (minimum 25 hours per week).Free Club Membership for you and your family.50% Discount on food and drinks.Opportunities for professional growth and training, including sports massage qualifications and 400+ CPD courses.Holiday Pay and access to our Benefits Suite.Apply Now!
