Job DescriptionOperations Advisor - 6 Month Contract - Based in AberdeenOur Client has a requirement for an Operations Advisor, who will be required to work on aContract basis in Aberdeen.Location: Aberdeen, occasional trips to barrow/offshoreContract: 6 Month ContractIR35 status: Inside IR35Rate: negotiable dependant on experience PAYEHybrid: 3 days office, 2 days home, must be Tuesday and Wednesday in office and one other day of your choiceJob DetailsPosition Title: Operations AdvisorJob Type: Professional Individual Contributor (requires degree or professional qualification)Location: AberdeenDepartment / Function: Central Maintenance / Asset Integrity / TARJob Overview:Purpose StatementAccountable for the development of the Operating Integrity Framework and its assurance and governance processes across our client.Ensure best practice execution of operations within our client's operated assets.Provide subject matter expert input across the full lifecycle of all operated assets.Key Responsibilities:1. Standards and Process DevelopmentLead the refresh of Spirit Energys Permit to Work (PtW) and Safe Isolation and Reinstatement of Plant processes, including development and embedding of standardised, efficient processes across all assets.Lead the update and enhancement of our client's electronic PtW system, ensuring effective Management of Change (MoC) and procedural compliance.Introduce and implement an electronic handover and Control of Temporary Equipment tool, including associated MoC.2. Operations Skill Pool DevelopmentCollaborate with the Training & Competence team to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the T&C process across operated assets, with a focus on shift-level T&C status measurement.Maintain and facilitate an active cross-asset Operations Integrity Forum.3. Production Operations SupportProvide objective input and support to resolve complex production operations issues or threats across operated assets.4. Leadership and CultureFoster and uphold a culture aligned with our client's core values and leadership expectations.Model safety-first behavior and champion incident-free operations.Lead technical excellence and ensure alignment with industry and functional best practices.Communicate with clarity and influence, enabling two-way engagement across teams.5.
