Operations Advisor

Job DescriptionAn operations role that is a PAYE contract position. Based in Aberdeen with travel to England. You need to have full rights to to work in the UK. Lead the refresh of a Permit to Work Process and Safe Isolation and Reinstament of Plant processes - both the development and coordination of the embedding. The revised processes will be standardized across the assets and ensure the right balance between effective and efficient.This activity will be done in close cooperation with asset personnelLead the update/enhancement to the electronic permit to work system, including effective MoC and any required procedural changesLead the introduction and required MoC for an electronic handover and Control of temporary equipment tool.Operations Skill pool developmentWorking with the Training and Competence Team drive improvements in the effectiveness and efficiency of the T&C process for Operated Assets. A key focus is on how to measure status of T&C across shifts.Maintains an active cross asset Operations Integrity ForumProduction OperationsProvide support and objective input to any complex production operations issues or threats across the operated assetsGood understanding of operational management and operations readiness and assuranceGood understanding of major hazard legislation and its implication for operational controlsGood understanding of Process Safety Management and the practical applications of an operating integrity framework.A decisive leader who sets high standards and drives performance.
