Regional Partnership ManagerLocation: UK Regional with regular travelEmployment Type: Full timeSalary: £60,000 - £80,000This is an opportunity for a relationship led commercial professional who enjoys building trusted partnerships and turning strong networks into long term revenue.As Regional Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for growing partner referred business both regionally and nationally.You will work closely with professional intermediaries, building credibility within advisory and business networks and converting introductions into sustainable client relationships.This role suits someone who values autonomy, takes ownership of their region, and prefers relationship driven growth over transactional sales.What you’ll be responsible forDeveloping and growing partner referred business across your regionBuilding presence within local and national professional and advisory networksCreating and maintaining relationships with accountants, bankers, lenders, private equity investors, and business advisory professionalsEngaging contacts through face to face meetings, phone, email, and LinkedIn outreachIdentifying and targeting the right partnerships and networks to drive growthSupporting partnership campaigns, events, and network activityTracking referrals and reporting on network performanceClearly explaining complex services to introducers and their clientsWhat we’re looking for5+ years’ experience in business development, partnerships, relationship management, or commercial rolesBackground in professional services, consultancy, or advisory environmentsEnergy sector experience is advantageous but not essentialExisting professional network is a strong advantageConfident communicator who can lead and control commercial discussionsProactive, self motivated, and comfortable working independentlyProven ability to meet and exceed targetsStrong organisation skills with flexibility around UK travelThe opportunityHigh trust role with genuine autonomyAbility to build and shape a region rather than inherit a fixed patchMeaningful, relationship led work with long term impactFast paced environment for ambitious, driven individuals
