Senior HR Business PartnerSalary: £70,000 – £79,000Location: UK Hybrid (with regular travel to Birmingham)Lead with purpose. Influence change. Empower people.Are you a strategic HR Business Partner ready to make a real impact? My client, a dynamic organisation with offices across the UK, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to help shape the future of their workforce and culture.You’ll work closely with senior leaders to embed a forward-thinking people strategy, drive cultural transformation, and support large-scale organisational change. You’ll be a trusted advisor, translating business priorities into meaningful people plans that unlock performance and potential.What you’ll be doing:Partnering with senior stakeholders to design and deliver people strategies aligned with business goals.Influencing organisational design and contributing to strategic decision-making.Acting as a visible and credible HR leader across directorates.Coaching senior leaders on talent development, engagement, and cultural change.Supporting managers to lead confidently and embed HR best practices.Collaborating across the wider HR function to deliver tailored, impactful solutions.Driving transformation and enabling high-performing teams.What you’ll bring:Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a complex, matrixed organisation, working at Executive Director level.Demonstrable experience in unionised environments.A track record of aligning people strategy with business needs and leading change.A Masters degree in HR, or equivalent experience.Professional membership (e.g. MCIPD).In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.A strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.In return you will get: Salary: £68,000-£79,000- dependant on experience Contributory pension scheme with employer contribution of up to 10%Annual Leave starting at 26 days (plus Bank Holidays) rising by 1 day each year up to 31 days Flexible hours/ hybrid workingLife assurance of X4 salaryHealth and wellbeing supportA cycle to work schemeInvestment in your career development, through learning and development, talent management, coaching, mentoring and on job experienceThis is a hybrid role, with flexibility to be based from any UK office, with regular travel to Birmingham for team collaboration.Ready to lead the change?Apply now and help shape a people-first future.
