We are seeking an experienced, ambitious and driven recruiter to take over a warm desk of SME’s and blue-chip clients located across Hertfordshire & the Home Counties. The role will involve working both in collaboration with the team to deliver a high-quality and efficient service and working independently to maintain and develop strong relationships with your own network of clients and candidates.Typical roles that you will be recruiting for are;Finance ManagerFinance Business PartnerFinance AnalystFinancial / Group AccountantManagement AccountantSystems AccountantFinancial AnalystFinance Business PartnerTreasury Accountant/AnalystAssistant Accountant/BookkeeperTransactional Finance (AP/AR/CC)Responsibilities:Consulting with clients to provide advice, market knowledge and the portfolio of Absolute Recruit’s service offering’sCreate and maintain a pipeline of roles to source through relationship management of existing clients and proactive BD callsCandidate generation – Proactively sourcing relevant, high-calibre candidates including advert writing headhunting, re-generation, marketing, social media, utilisation of your own and the company networkConducting telephone and face-to-face screening interviews to qualify candidates to produce a credible shortlist to present to client’sChecking of all necessary compliance documentation Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment life cycle via regular contact to monitor progress.We require high performing, target motivated individuals with a strong desire to return, you will benefit from extensive and continuous training and development in addition to a competitive salary and compensation package in a fun, welcoming, dynamic and professional environment.
