We’re currently partnering with a well-established and growing logistics company based in Banbury to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys making a real difference across all areas of the employee experience.About the role:You’ll play a central role in shaping and supporting the company’s culture, working closely with employees and leadership across two sites. From employee relations and recruitment to engagement initiatives and policy development, you’ll be responsible for delivering a full generalist HR service that supports both day-to-day operations and longer-term strategic goals.Key responsibilities include:Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the businessManaging and improving the onboarding process and wider employee lifecycleLeading or supporting on employee relations cases, investigations, and performance mattersSupporting recruitment, training, and development activitiesPlaying a key role in initiatives around wellbeing, diversity, and inclusionSupporting cultural action plans, HR reporting and analyticsManaging monthly payroll input and supporting global compliance requirementsOverseeing a small HR team and collaborating on wider business projectsWhat we’re looking for:Previous experience as a HR Manager (ideally within logistics or manufacturing)CIPD Level 5 or aboveStrong understanding of HR best practice, policies, and proceduresExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAble to build trusted relationships at all levels of the businessPassionate about employee engagement and continuous improvementComfortable in a hands-on role with a mix of operational and strategic responsibilitiesLocation: Banbury (mainly office-based with some flexibility)This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where you’ll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas, support people development, and help shape a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
