The RoleAct as trusted advisor to senior leaders on culture, policy, employee relations and organisational design.Partner and lead on all TUPE transfers in and out of the organisation.Design and deliver stakeholder communications, and strategic planning sessions.Regularly review and refresh policies.Oversee all employee relations cases, inform, guide, monitor for fairness and consistency.Partner with Operations to ensure smooth implementation of talent, performance, and culture programmes.Track and report people metrics, engagement, retention, compliance and turn insights into action. About YouProven expertise in senior human resources leadership.Senior stakeholder capability, confident influencing at executive level.Skilled advising on complex cases with legal compliance.Policy architect, able to write, review and implement people frameworks.CIPD level 5 or equivalent.Excellent communicator, strategic thinker, data‑driven and values‑led.Full-time, Permanent, Annual Salary: £50,000-£60,000, Car Allowance, Hybrid working with 3 days a week based at our Office near Bicester or in the field.
