We do this through harnessing the unique power of essential and life-changing NAD+, a molecule that powers our mitochondria our cellular health and mitigates the debilitating effects of ageing, illness and age-related associated chronic conditions.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and personable part-time HR Manager to take full responsibility for all HR matters at our London office and clinic. Duties will cover but not limited to:All HR Administration including the updating of existing policies and HR processes including employment contracts and NDA’sWorking with an external HR Consultancy, ensure compliance with all employment legislation, reviewing existing and in some cases, implementing new procedures and company policyOversee the processing and ongoing monitoring of DBS checks, maintaining secure records, ensuring renewals are completed on time, and escalating any safeguarding concerns in line with organisational and legislative requirements.Recruitment of UK and overseas staff including assisting with interviews, onboarding and inductionAssist Finance with payroll function (liaising with finance)Any HR projects and initiativesAttend meetings, drafting minutes where requiredEnsure that documentation is correctly filed, and records are well maintainedReview existing employee training provisionsOrganise staff Performance Appraisals Manage and document staff attendance including holidays and TOILAssisting with the IT set up for new startersThe Successful ApplicantIdeal candidates for this will have a proven HR and administrative background within a similar role. A mature approach, great communication skills and a cheerful disposition will be essential.The ideal candidate will have:·        Employee relations – ability to handle conflicts, mediate disputes, and maintain a positive workplace culture·        Recruitment & onboarding – sourcing, interviewing, and integrating new hires smoothly·        HR compliance knowledge – understanding labour laws, employment regulations, and workplace policies. ·        Performance management – setting goals, running appraisals, and giving constructive feedback·        Payroll & benefits administration – managing pay, leave, and employee benefits·        Policy development – creating and updating HR policies and employee handbooks·        Confidentiality & discretion – protecting sensitive employee information·        Communication skills – clear written and verbal communication with staff and leadership·        Organisational skills – prioritizing tasks efficiently in limited work hours·        Conflict resolution – calmly addressing issues between employees or teams·        Training & development coordination – identifying needs and arranging upskilling opportunities·        Basic HR software proficiency – currently use Bright HRThis role is equivalent to 2.5 days per week, but the option is available to break that down into 3 or 4 short days if you'd prefer.
