About the RoleResponsibilities Lead junior managers with day to day work and drive performance within the final mile operationCollaborate with internal stakeholders to provide live solutions within the operations environmentDrive KPI performance with key areas being cost and OTIF metricsConduct weekly forecast meetings for resource and financial provisionReview and Plan resource and budget for operational peaksMonitor driver resource and ensure appropriate staffing and provision for operational needControl operational budget and drive profitability metricsRequired SkillsStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to function well in high volume environments Strong logistics planning and data skills are advantageousExperience of managing large driver populations is advantageous Strong relationship-building and people management skills
