If so, we’d love to hear from you!This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is analytical, with good strong organisations skills, who is forward thinking to manage end-to-end procurement activities.About the RoleAs a Buyer at Inprova Group, you’ll lead and develop assigned business areas to increase spend under management and deliver best-in-class procurement services. You’ll manage end-to-end procurement activities, implement supplier and member contracts, and apply category-level expertise to drive continuous improvement and commercial success.You’ll play a pivotal role in building strategic relationships, delivering value to our members, and supporting the growth of our brand across the sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of category strategiesManage sourcing projects including mini competitions, frameworks, and dynamic marketsFormalise contract documentation and assist members in defining core requirementsNegotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and resolve disputesMonitor and maintain commercial and operational performanceSupport marketing and communication plansPromote Inprova’s corporate values and ESG commitmentsFacilitate knowledge transfer and cross-functional learningWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who is:Positive, self-starting, and results-drivenA strong communicator with excellent influencing and negotiation skillsAnalytical, detail-oriented, and highly organisedComfortable working with and through people in changing environmentsQualifications & ExperienceCIPS Level 4 or relevant degree (or equivalent sector experience)Proven experience in large-scale procurement activitiesAdvanced Excel skills (including VBA, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis)Experience with e-tendering platforms and supplier managementStrong stakeholder engagement and presentation skillsFull driving licence desirableWhy Join Us?At Inprova, we’re proud to be a B Corp and a leader in sustainable, ethical business practices.
