Our software is used by enterprise upstream and midstream companies around the world to model complex operations, automate reporting, and make better decisions. We operate in a market where flexibility, speed of change, and data transparency are becoming non-negotiable. The team needs a trusted owner of day-to-day operations to help keep priorities clear, operations flowing, and compliance work on track. This role exists to give the CEO, the leadership team and the wider business the leverage they need to focus on strategy, while ensuring that projects, processes, and people-related tasks are handled with precision. What you’ll be responsible for Acting as a key support to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring their time and focus is spent on the highest-value priorities Handling document management, from organisation and version control through to preparing contracts and arranging signatures Coordinating with the Compliance Officer to ensure filings, checks, and obligations are completed on time Making sure recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes are completed. You’ll be working closely with our HR consultant on people-related matters Owning and managing software subscriptions and licences to ensure tools are fit for purpose, cost-effective, and well maintained Taking ownership of executive administration, including travel arrangements, diaries, and follow-up on commitments Assisting with corporate matters such as share administration and board documentation Providing project management support for special initiatives such as platform migrations, policy rollouts, or cross-team projects Acting as a central point of coordination between the CEO and the wider business, ensuring information flows smoothly and priorities stay aligned Organising in-person company and leadership events, including office days and offsites What we’re looking for Experience office managing a remote or hybrid business is considered essential. Fully remote is strongly preferred as that matches our environment here. Strong organisational skills with the ability to bring structure to fast-moving environments Excellent written communication and attention to detail Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and act without waiting to be asked Experience working with senior leaders, ideally in a fast-growth or SaaS environment Confidence handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Comfortable managing a wide range of tasks from administrative detail to complex projects Ability to proactively identify areas for process improvement, driving greater efficiency and effectiveness across the business A balance of operational discipline and flexibility, able to juggle the planned and the unexpected We offer an excellent benefits package: Remote working with flexibility and trust Annual training and development budget Unlimited paid time off Generous pension contribution Private healthcare, life insurance, income protection and other great benefits
