Contracts & Tendering Coordinator Employment Type: Full Time/PermanentLocation: AberdeenHours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, with a daily half hour break.The role, reporting to the Contracts Manager, will support the effective co-ordination of all commercial and tendering activity. The key roles and responsibilities are as follows:• Support the Commercial team, managing administrative tasks, maintaining systems, coordinating projects and ensuring commercial procedures are followed.• Provide commercial support and guidance to all internal departments as and when required.• General administration and clerical duties.• Support Group tendering activities as required during periods of peak activity.• Provide support to Specialist Services as required with commercial matters.• Provide support to Key Account Managers as required.Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours)• Commercial and/or tendering experience in the Oil and Gas industry.• An effective communicator, both verbal and written.• Confident in managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring challenging deadlines are met without loss of quality.• Accustomed to working effectively in a fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptive to changing workloads and priorities, where high standards are not compromised under pressure.• Excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy and clarity.• Computer literate with well-developed IT skills across the MS Suite and advanced Excel user skills.• Ability to work stand-alone, demonstrating initiative and ownership, while a positive contributor to the wider team.Desirable Qualifications• Degree educated• Full UK Driving Licence
