Job DescriptionMarketing Director - B2B & B2C - Southampton - up to 120,000 + package / also open to interim options who can start asapSanderson King are currently partnering with a B2B & B2C professional services related business in Southampton to identify and recruit their Marketing Director. This key appointment will collaborate closely with the Head of Tech, Head of Business Improvement, Head of Learning & Development, Sector Heads, and the Executive Board, reporting directly to the CEO. We are looking for a visionary leader with a strong background in both B2C and B2B marketing, emphasising data-driven strategies, lead generation, and digital expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for leveraging data to drive ROI, optimise customer experiences, and enhance brand visibility.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and maximise ROI.- Lead marketing, brand, and bids team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.- Review and optimise existing and new tech stacks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Utilise data analytics to identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities for optimisation.- Oversee customer communications and engagement via CRM, marketing automation, and digital channels.- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring seamless and personalised experiences for candidates and clients.- Drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns, content marketing, and SEO strategies.- Implement a range of strategies which could include both organic and paid social media channels, targeted advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, PR initiatives, strategic partnerships, and robust marketing automation.- Utilise marketing analytics tools to assess performance, conduct rigorous testing, and drive continuous optimisation activities.- Drive brand awareness and consideration through strategic marketing tactics.Qualifications:- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, with a focus on B2C and B2B environments- Extensive experience in data-driven marketing, marketing operations, and lead generation.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.To apply, please send your CV outlining your relevant experience.
