Job DescriptionJob Role: Senior Account ExecutiveLocation: New MiltonHours: 35 hours per week-Monday to Friday As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for:Providing customer centric insurance products for the clients clientsEnsuring all enquiries dealt with in a professional and timely mannerEnsuring compliance with FCA requirementsThis role report into the Insurance Manager and has no direct reports. Main ResponsibilitiesDay to day management of a portfolio of commercialLiaising with clients, brokers, and insurers in the administration of contracts of insurancePreparing and issuing new business & renewal terms and quotationsOwnership and handling of consumer and commercial property claims in accordance with FCA requirements and authority levelsEnsuring stakeholders are regularly engaged and updated with claims informationDealing with client queries via multiple channels e.g. email, telephone, post in a timely and professional mannerProvide a superior service to all internal and external customers of Knightsquare Insurance Support Knightsquare Insurance strategic and operational goalsSkills and ExperiencePreferably educated to A Level standard, but as a minimum 5 C grade or above GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English and MathsSignificant experience of working within a property insurance operation either for an insurance company or brokerExtensive knowledge of property insurance (commercial and consumer)Extensive customer service experienceExperienced in the use of Microsoft applicationsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenComprehensive knowledge of FCA obligations relevant to insurance provisionPeople management experienceAdaptable and able to work under pressure and to tight timelinesWho are we?Knight Square Insurance is a highly respected, trusted broker specialising in providing comprehensive insurance cover for property management companies, resident management companies (RMCs) and right to manage companies (RTMCs).
