This role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic decision-making within a rapidly expanding sector. This role would suit a qualified Accountant with 3 years post qualified experience ideally within an FP&A focused role who is looking to join a dynamic and exciting organisation. Role Overview: As a Senior Analyst, FP&A, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decisions across our renewable land aggregation platform. Your expertise will be pivotal in financial planning, forecasting, valuation, debt financing, and capital allocation across various business verticals including renewable energy land aggregation and data centre developments. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, develop financial models, and perform scenario analysis to support valuation and funding strategies. Business Partnering: Serve as a finance partner to land acquisition and development teams, providing insights on deal structuring and financial planning. Portfolio Performance & Reporting: Monitor financial performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports for management and board-level review. Capital Allocation & Funding: Assist in strategizing funding solutions and capital allocation to maximize returns. Process Improvement & Systems: Enhance FP&A processes and systems, driving automation and improving data quality. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field. Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with 3 years post qualified experience Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with FP&A tools such as Power BI. Knowledge of project finance models and energy market dynamics. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Why this role?
