Developed for next-generation VR and MR platforms, it’s an opportunity to help shape the future of immersive entertainment. Our projects include Peaky Blinders: The King’s Ransom, Doctor Who: The Edge of Time, The Infinite Inside, and Thief VR. We’re a creative-driven team passionate about redefining what games can be — blending story, innovation, and technology in bold new ways. We’re looking for a creative-driven Senior Producer to lead production on Project Xeno. You’ll ensure that schedules, budgets, and pipelines all support the creative ambition of the project — balancing innovation with delivery. Collaborate with directors, leads, and stakeholders to define and deliver milestones that meet creative, technical, and business goals. Identify and apply the most effective production methodology — Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid — based on team structure and project stage. Encourage process refinement and knowledge sharing to help the team continuously improve. Creative Collaboration Champion creative ambition while ensuring projects remain achievable within scope and schedule. Work closely with design, art, and engineering leads to integrate creative goals into practical production plans. Anticipate risks early and adapt plans proactively to maintain project stability. Provide accurate reporting on project health, velocity, and risk through regular reviews and stand-ups. Ensure quality assurance is embedded in development, with regular builds, testing, and milestone reviews. Proven experience managing game development projects — ideally including VR/AR/MR. Strong understanding of the full game production cycle and different stages of development. Demonstrates a broad understanding of different game types and genres, ideally spanning traditional, multiplayer, and immersive formats. Capable of identifying and adapting production methodologies to suit project and team needs. Collaborative, creative, and calm under pressure — able to guide teams through complex technical and creative challenges.
