Manage capital planning and projects – from budgeting to successful delivery. Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and minimal downtime . Lead vendor relationships including contracts, performance, and compliance. Drive cost efficiencies without compromising quality or safety. Implement preventive maintenance and emergency response plans for site reliability. Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and champion continuous improvement. Enhance and develop the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) . Foster a world-class culture within the Facilities Team. HNC/HND in Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent). with NEBOSH / OSHA certification . Hands-on experience with CMMS and contractor control.
