Support Worker - Young People (Aged 16-18) Kettering 13 per hour Shift: 8:00am - 10:00pm + sleep-in until 8:00am We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to support young people aged 16-18 in a supported accommodation setting in Kettering. This role is ideal for confident, resilient individuals with experience supporting young people with challenging behaviour, self-harm, and trauma . You must be comfortable working long shifts, sleep-ins, and lone working .
