Our Wills & Probate department is one of the firms core strengths, supporting a wide range of private clients from high-net-worth individuals to families with complex estate planning needs. The Role As a partner-level lawyer, you will: Lead and develop the Wills & Probate team, mentoring junior lawyers and fee earners. Manage and grow a sophisticated caseload including Wills, LPAs, Probate, and Court of Protection matters. Drive client relationship management and business development, helping to expand the departments profile across London and the South. Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm as part of the senior leadership team. About You The ideal candidate will bring: Significant experience in Wills & Probate / Private Client law, ideally with at least 2+ years PQE A strong track record in building long-term client relationships, including with HNW clients and complex estates. Commercial awareness and a proven ability to contribute to business development and firm growth. The confidence and leadership skills to oversee and inspire a busy department.
