Night Support Worker- Male Pay rate: 15.23 per hour - Weekly and Monthly pay available! What youll be doing As a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include: Providing high-quality support on a 2 :1 basis Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing Supporting communication in the way that works best for them Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment ?
