Job Description Construction Manager Data Centre DevelopmentLocation: Corsham, WiltshireSector: Data Centres / Mission Critical InfrastructureAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a leading Data Centre Developer delivering high-spec, mission-critical projects in Corsham. This is a key site-based role, responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and the highest quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site operations across all construction activitiesCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient workflowDrive programme delivery, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategiesEnsure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standardsMonitor quality control processes and ensure compliance with design specificationsLiaise with project stakeholders including clients, consultants, and internal teamsProvide regular progress reporting and maintain accurate site recordsRequirementsProven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale projects (data centres or similar complex builds preferred)Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination in mission-critical environmentsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced programmesExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsStrong knowledge of UK health & safety regulations and site complianceRelevant construction qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND/Degree)SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White Card), and First Aid certificationWhats on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on high-profile, technically challenging data centre projectsClear career progression within a growing developer environmentCollaborative and forward-thinking project team
