Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support a client team building and evolving a clinical data platform focused on clinical operations. This role is not a traditional requirementsgathering position. The client needs someone who can act as a thought partner and sparring partner to product managers from day one, contributing to problem framing, ideation, and solution design. DaytoDay ResponsibilitiesAct as a thought partner to product managers, contributing to ideation, problem framing, and solution designAnalyse clinical operations processes across the full trial lifecycle, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvementTranslate ambiguous or complex stakeholder needs into clear problem statements, frameworks, and proposed solutionsDevelop highquality presentations and storytelling artifacts to communicate insights and recommendationsCollaborate closely with senior consultants and clientfacing teams to move from problem definition to actionable outcomesApply real clinical trial knowledge to understand how decisions around trial design, recruitment, site strategy, and operations impact outcomesMust HavesExperience in management consulting or consultingstyle roles (analyst or consultant level), including clientfacing experienceStrong clinical trial and clinical operations domain knowledge, with handson exposure to areas such as: trial design, site selection and country xjdpvnf allocation, budget allocationRealtime trial tracking and clinical operationsExperience working closely with product managers or senior stakeholders, contributing to ideation and solution development, not just executionStrong PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to create clear, structured, executiveready storytelling decksAbility to independently research, form a point of view, and proactively bring ideas forwardConfident communicator who can present structured, datainformed insights to senior stakeholders
