Known for their /"People before Profit/" philosophy, this agency is one of London’s fastest-growing firms, specializing in flagship conferences, luxury activations, and immersive brand experiences.The RoleAs a core member of the Live Team, you will lead high-impact projects from brief to onsite delivery. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative and technical teams to translate global brand visions into reality.Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of diverse events, ensuring they meet creative and strategic objectives.Budget Management: Full oversight of project finances, including quotes, POs, and tracking scope creep.Collaboration: Partner with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.Onsite Delivery: Lead the ground team, problem-solving in real-time to ensure flawless performance.Mentorship: Support and guide junior team members to foster a high-performing community.The RequirementsAgency Experience: Proven track record in an events/experiential agency environment.Project Mastery: Strong project management, financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex timelines.Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of AV and production logistics.Client Savvy: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders.Stamina: Readiness to travel for site visits and thrive under the pressure of live event delivery.Why Join?This agency is a certified Best Place to Work.
