At Parkdean Resorts, our Snow Sports Centre is a standout attractionand were looking for a Snow Sports Centre Manager to take the reins and drive operational excellence, safety, and commercial success.nAs Snow Sports Centre Manager, youll oversee the day-to-day running of the centre and slope, ensuring everything operates safely, smoothly, and to the highest standard. Youll lead and develop your team, maintain facilities and equipment, and explore opportunities to grow revenue - all while delivering the exceptional guest experience we're known for.nWhat you will be doing...nnOverseeing delivery of the full snow sports programme, ensuring every session is engaging and supported by brilliant customer service.nRecruiting, onboarding, and training Ski Slope Assistants to meet operational needs and build a high-performing team.nConducting daily slope and equipment checks to ensure everything is safe, clean, and ready for guests.nMaximising retail and ancillary income, identifying new commercial opportunities within the centre.nEnsuring the safety of guests and team members at all times, including the correct use and security of equipment and facilities.nMaintaining outstanding standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety within all snow sports areas.nLeading, motivating, and coaching your team to deliver professional, engaging and memorable experiences.nReporting any suspected or actual weaknesses or breaches in the companys information systems.nTaking an active role in health, safety, and safeguarding responsibilities - reporting concerns and supporting compliance.nnAbout you...nnExperience managing and developing a team within a leisure, sports, or guest-focused environment.nStrong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, drive revenue, and identify new business opportunities.nA Level 1 ski or snowboard instructor qualification.nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work with internal teams, guests, and external partners.nFirst Aid at Work qualification.nA guest-first mindset and a passion for delivering safe, fun, and high-quality experiences.nFlexibility to work varied hours including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.nnSo, why Parkdean Resorts?nWell, besides the one-of-a-kind team culture, stunning locations across the UK, and the chance to work with the UK's largest holiday park organisation, we can offer:nnThe chance to develop your skills and boost your career across our 65 parks weve got your back when it comes to training!nYoure never on your own with our Employee Assistance Programme!
