And with your people-first approach, youll shape a culture where your team feels supported, motivated, and proud of the work they do.nWhat you will be doing...nnLeading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of maintenance professionals. nFostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, trust and continuous improvement. nConduct regular 1:1s and team briefings to ensure your team are engaged and working efficiently and effectively. nWork closely with the park leadership team to ensure maintenance supports a seamless guest experience by responding promptly to all maintenance issues, ensuring minimal disruption. nOversee the day-to-day maintenance of all park facilities, accommodation units, infrastructure and grounds across the park. nEnsure all maintenance tasks are completed safely and to a high standard. nManage the maintenance budget including labour costs, stock levels, and the procurement of materials and equipment. nMaintain accurate records of all works and compliance checks. nLiaise with and manage external contractors to ensure work is carried out in accordance with health and safety policies and to a high standard. nEnsure full compliance with all statutory and company health and safety regulations, supporting regular audits. nLead on fire safety, legionella testing, electrical and gas inspections, and other key compliance areas. nRecruit, on-board and train new colleagues to meet resource plans. nEnsure the safe moving and siting of holiday homes.nnAbout you...nnPrevious experience managing a team of people in a maintenance or facilities management environment.nOrganised, proactive and calm under pressure.nA high level of emotional intelligence with a development and culture-focused leadership style. nExcellent knowledge of maintenance, grounds, compliance, and health and safety regulations.nGood IT literacy.nThe ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods of time.nThe flexibility to be able to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as required.nFull UK driving licence.nnSo, why Parkdean Resorts?nWell, besides the one-of-a-kind team culture, stunning locations across the UK, and the chance to work with the UK's largest holiday park organisation, we can offer:nnThe chance to develop your skills and boost your career across our 65 parks weve got your back when it comes to training!nYoure never on your own with our Employee Assistance Programme!
