Job Description This is a fantastic opportunity for a consultative, relationship-focused B2B sales professional who enjoys meaningful outbound conversations and is not looking for a high-volume call-centre role.Our client is a values-driven business that places genuine emphasis on quality over quantity. Youll take the time to research before each call, ensuring conversations are relevant, informed, and human - not scripted or automated. This is very much a less is more sales environment.The RoleWorking Monday to Friday, 9am5pm, youll focus on building new business while developing long-term relationships with clients. This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, takes initiative, and understands the importance of collaboration within a wider team.Key responsibilities include:Proactively engaging with new and existing B2B clientsConducting outbound sales activity in a consultative, relationship-led wayResearching prospects ahead of conversations to ensure relevanceManaging enquiries and converting opportunities into new businessNegotiating commercially sound outcomesMaintaining accurate client records and communicationsWorking closely with colleagues to share best practice and support growthAbout YouYoull already have experience in outbound B2B sales and enjoy building trusted, long-term relationships.
