Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Production Planner on a permanent basis to be responsible for short, medium and long term production schedules to meet customer needs whilst maximising efficiency. Your main duties will include:Use of ERP system to create weekly and daily production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and material availability.Adjustment of schedulesEnsure schedules are accurate, stable and attainableSupport continuous improvement and Lean planningEnsure production plans align with material availability, equipment capacity and labour capabilityMaintain planning dataWork closely with procurementRoot cause analysis of any missed schedulesKey user for the planning ERP systemThe ideal candidate will have experience of production planning in a production / manufacturing based environment with excellent analysis and communication skills. You will have also worked with a range of ERP systems. This role is 5 days per week office based.
