In this role, you will focus on identifying and developing business opportunities in the UK and Irish markets. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with clients, implementing effective sales strategies, identifying market trends, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the logistics and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers. You will contribute to driving revenue growth and strengthening Snetors position as a leader in Automotive, E&E, Medical and Industrial Markets.QualificationsProven experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship management in the plastics or polymers industryStrong knowledge of engineering plastics, market trends, and applicationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationshipsAnalytical skills and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and create actionable sales plansProficiency in using business development tools and CRM softwareAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsAvailability to travel within the UK and Ireland as requiredFluency in English (knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage)Relevant degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferredCommitment to sustainable and eco-conscious business practices
