Youll own strategy and execution across multiple brands, ensuring both areas work together to generate awareness, leads, and community engagement.1. Social Media Management (Primary Digital Function)Strategy & PlanningDevelop platform-specific strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) for each brandBuild monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, hiring needs, and eventsIdentify growth opportunities across organic and paid channelsContent Creation & ExecutionOversee creation of high-quality content (video, reels, graphics, copy)Brief designers/videographers or create content directly where neededEnsure tone of voice and branding is consistent across all platformsManage posting schedules and community engagement (comments, DMs)Performance & GrowthTrack KPIs: engagement, reach, conversions, follower growthAnalyse performance and optimise content strategyRun and manage paid social campaigns where requiredBrand AlignmentAlign content with recruitment drives, healthcare messaging, and fitness promotionsSupport employer branding and candidate attraction (for recruitment arm)2. Events & Partnerships Management (Execution & Growth Function)Event Strategy & PlanningDevelop an annual and quarterly events roadmap across all brandsPlan events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and community buildingIdentify the right mix: networking events, wellness events, recruitment drives, pop-upsEnd-to-End Event DeliveryManage full lifecycle: concept planning logistics execution post-event analysisSource venues, suppliers, and manage budgetsCoordinate staffing, schedules, and on-the-day operationsEnsure strong brand presence at all eventsPartnerships & OutreachIdentify and secure partnerships with:Healthcare organisationsGyms/fitness communitiesRecruitment partnersInfluencers and local businessesNegotiate collaborations, sponsorships, and co-branded eventsMaintain and grow long-term partner relationshipsEvent Marketing IntegrationWork closely with social media to promote events pre/during/postEnsure events generate content (video, testimonials, case studies)Turn events into ongoing digital assetsReporting & ROITrack event success (attendance, leads, partnerships formed)Measure ROI and optimise future event strategy3.
