Job Description Search are partnering with a Construction based business who are looking to recruit a hand on Finance Manager to join the business. This role would be suited for candidates who are QBE, part or fully qualified.Job Duties:CIS subcontractor verification, deduction calculation and monthly CIS submissionsSubmission of VAT returns and management of construction reverse charge VAT CIS returns and pension submissionsManagement of subcontractor paymentsOverseeing both the AP and AR function for the business - dealing with processing invoices and reconciliation Managing the payroll for both weekly and biweekly staff across the businessProducing monthly management accounts - including monthly debtor and credit reporting with commentary and variance analysis Successful candidate will possess:Working knowledge of XeroStrong working knowledge of CIS Strong understanding of VAT and Tax regulations AAT Level 4, QBE, part or fully qualified (ACCA,ACA or CIMA)Attention to detail Ability to work to timed deadlinesWhat is on offer:Salary up to 60,000 per annum Hybrid working 2 days from home40 hours per week with flexible start and finish times 25 days annual leave (banks on top)Free gym membership
