Job Title

We are seeking an Engineering Supervisor to support the delivery of safe, highquality engineering and infrastructure services that benefit local communities. Reporting to the Engineering Contracts Manager, you will supervise operational teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, safely and in line with agreed standards, specifications and timescales. Key responsibilities: Supervise and support sitebased teams, providing clear direction and leadership Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and safe systems of work Allocate work and resources to meet service and project requirements Monitor work quality and address issues arising on site Support project delivery and liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders Maintain accurate site records and reports Participate in the 24hour callout rota when required You will have supervisory experience in an engineering, construction or operational environment, a strong understanding of health and safety requirements, and the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining service standards.
