Technical Scientific Officer We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Scientific Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong scientific background who is passionate about applying technical expertise to support research and development initiatives. The Technical Scientific Officer will play a crucial role in coordinating scientific projects, ensuring compliance with relevant protocols, and facilitating communication between technical teams and stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage technical and scientific projects from initiation to completion while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Develop, maintain, and review technical documentation, protocols, and reports to support research activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including researchers, engineers, and external partners to facilitate information exchange and project progression. Conduct data analysis and interpretation to assist in experimental design and provide scientific insights. Ensure that laboratory and technical operations adhere to safety guidelines and scientific best practices. Support the preparation and submission of scientific publications, grant applications, and regulatory documents. Identify potential technical challenges and propose solutions to optimize scientific workflows and productivity.RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in a relevant scientific or technical discipline such as biology, chemistry, engineering, or related fields. Proven experience in a scientific or technical role, preferably within a research or development environment. Strong understanding of scientific methodologies, research protocols, and regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Proficient in data analysis tools and scientific software relevant to the discipline. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
