Job Description DK recruitment is working with a luxury brand Manufacturer in Plymouth who are looking to expand their current Reporting Accounts team and are looking for two experienced and dedicated Senior Reporting Accountants to ensure accurate and timely publication to key reports, data and metrics. Main responsibilities:Produce daily sales reports and other weekly sales reportsCalculate, control and post journals, prepayments, and accruals(Assist with) producing monthly management accountsProduce operations metricsCompletion of national statistics and other surveys as and when requiredProviding other financial intelligenceBalance sheet reconciliations and back-up schedules appropriatelyAnalyse financial information to assist business profitabilityAssist with the statutory auditSupport preparation of budgetReconciliation of internal sales and holding accountsOther ad hoc duties and reports as and when required or directed Produce and provide tax related information Essential qualifications and experience:Honours degree or other level 6 qualificationAAT level 4 or equivalent, such as part-qualification of ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or relevant financial degree.Support for further studies / qualifications would be offered to the right candidate.Minimum of 3 years experience in Finance High level of all round IT technical skills, including intermediate/advanced Excel skillsCommitment to quality and attention to detailAbility to multi-task, work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlinesInquisitiveness and a desire to understand the root cause issues, Critical thinker, should know how analyse and solve the problemOrganised, good at time management.Desirable attributes:Experience with SAP or other ERP systemsGood team player with strong interpersonal and communication skillsMotivation to learn and develop themselves and their career, and progress to taking on further responsibilitiesGood understanding of accounting principles and balance sheetWork hours Monday to Friday 0900-1700 (37.5 hours a week); some flexibility may be required during busy periods such as year-end and budgets.JBRP1_UKTJ
