Youll be responsible for aligning demand and supply while ensuring the business can deliver consistently to major retail customers.In this role, you will implement and manage the S&OP process, bringing together Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve forecast accuracy and support better decision-making across the business. Youll be central to creating clarity and alignment in planning.You will also own the end-to-end supply chain plan, translating demand forecasts into achievable production and supply plans, ensuring service levels are maintained while balancing operational efficiency.If you have proven end-to-end planning experience within food manufacturing or FMCG, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and feel you can add real value, we would love to hear from you.
