Based in a beautiful countryside studio, we have built a reputation for delivering timeless design alongside an exceptional client experience.The opportunityYoull be joining a close-knit and growing studio, playing a key role in delivering beautifully executed projects while supporting the wider design team. Its a varied, rewarding position with real ownership and visibility across each project.This is a hands-on, client-facing role where youll take ownership of projects from concept through to installation. Youll be involved in every stage, combining project management, procurement and client liaison to ensure each project runs seamlessly.If you enjoy bringing complex projects to life, keeping everything (and everyone) on track, and calmly solving problems as they arise, this could be a great fit.What youll be doingManaging projects end-to-end, from initial brief through to installationWorking closely with the Lead Designer to turn concepts into deliverable plansPreparing detailed estimates and budgets using Excel/QuickBooksSourcing, ordering and coordinating materials, furnishings and suppliersTaking measurements on site and supporting design planningScheduling fitters, coordinating installations and overseeing works on siteActing as the key link between designers, suppliers, outworkers and clientsManaging sampling, pattern books and general studio coordinationWhat were looking forYoull be someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in detail, and keeps a cool head when things dont go to plan.Strong project management experienceHighly organised with excellent attention to detailConfident working with budgets, measurements and pricingComfortable using Excel and systems such as QuickBooksExcellent communication skills and client-facing confidenceAbility to manage multiple suppliers, timelines and prioritiesThe kind of person who will thrive hereCalm, practical and solutions-focused under pressureProfessional and personable with high-end clientsResilient and hands-on (this role includes site visits and coordination)A natural problem-solver who doesnt panic when challenges ariseNice to have (but not essential)Experience in interior design, soft furnishings or a related industryExposure to bespoke or high-end projectsKnowledge of fabrics, materials and FF&ESalary: 32,000 - 37,000 pa based on experienceLocation: Studio-based (Hampshire/Surrey border) with site visitsBenefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, mileage reimbursement, bonus scheme, free parkingJBRP1_UKTJ
