Learning Designer South West, England, 2 days a week on site Permanent, full-time£45,000 - £50,000 per annum We’re working with a global engineering and technology organisation to support in the hiring of a Learning Designer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist learning team designing and delivering high-impact training solutions for a technical audience within advanced manufacturing environments.You’ll be responsible for designing and developing a range of learning solutions, primarily focused on complex engineering products. Working closely with subject matter experts and technical teams, you’ll translate detailed information into engaging, accessible learning experiences.Key responsibilities include:Designing and developing eLearning and blended learning solutionsWorking with subject matter experts to gather and structure technical contentConverting complex documentation into learner-friendly materialsCreating instructional videos and training assetsDeveloping Train-the-Trainer materialsDesigning assessments to validate learner competenceAnalysing learning needs and defining clear learning objectivesManaging multiple projects to agreed timelines and quality standardsWe’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with technical subject matter and can simplify complexity into clear, engaging learning content.
