We enable artists, creators, and rightsholders to create and transform voices using AI unlocking new creative workflows while ensuring ownership, attribution, and monetisation are built in from the start.Please ensure you read the below overview and requirements for this employment opportunity completely.Our platform combines proprietary AI voice models with rights-aware infrastructure and verification.We operate a hybrid B2B through D2C model: product usage by creators and users drives adoption, data, and demand, which we convert into enterprise relationships and commercial deals with rightsholders, platforms, and partners.The RoleWere hiring a Commercial Marketing Manager to take ownership of how marketing drives enterprise pipeline and revenue.Youll sit between product, marketing, and sales, turning positioning, product, and content into a qualified pipeline through clear messaging, targeted campaigns, and high-impact marketing assets. A core part of this role is understanding how to convert D2C product usage and creator activity into B2B opportunities and enterprise deals.This is a hands-on role, with the opportunity to grow into leading the marketing function over time.Details:Fully remotePart-time, with the potential to transition to full-time for the right candidateUK & EEA time zones preferredVoice-Swap is a startup, so youll need to be comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking ownership, and helping shape how marketing contributes to revenue from the ground up.What Youll Be Responsible ForPipeline & Revenue: build and improve an outbound-led enterprise pipeline, while also identifying and converting product-led (D2C) signals into B2B opportunities.Messaging & Sales Assets: turn positioning into clear outbound messaging and narratives, and create high-impact assets (decks, one-pagers, case studies, demo scripts) that support pipeline and deal progression.Content Direction: define what content gets made and why, and direct existing content resources.Targeted GTM Execution: run segment and account-specific campaigns, continuously testing and refining messaging based on pipeline performance and feedback. xjdpvnf Team Coordination: manage and direct content & performance marketing, ensuring all activity is aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.Who Were Looking ForStrong experience in B2B / enterprise marketing or GTMDirect experience with product-led growth and converting product usage into B2B pipeline and opportunitiesProven ability to influence pipeline and revenue, not just leadsStrong messaging and positioning skills, with the ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling narrativesAble to create sales-ready materials from scratchExperience managing or directing content and/or performance marketingNice to have: experience in AI, SaaS, or developer/technical productsSend:A short note on how youve driven pipeline or revenueExamples of messaging, campaigns, or sales assetsPlease note, that we`ll start interviewing process on 4th May.
