Foodservice Sales Manager (NAM)Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.Home Based (UK), 1x a week in London.Reports ToFoodservice Sales ControllerPOSITION SCOPEWe are seeking an existing National Account Manager or Commercial Manager to join the team to grow our relationship with Brakes or Bidfood, and Buying Groups. These are our two largest distributors, giving the successful candidate excellent exposure within the business for career development. This will be across both Branded & Private Label products.The position will also focus on growing these accounts further through increased market share and with new product development. There are exciting opportunities within our home baking and syrups ranges.Detailed Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing & growing a portfolio of leading Foodservice Distributors (Bidfood and Brakes) and key End UsersExecute the agreed sales strategyTo develop, drive, own and implement channel and key customer plansEstablish and maintain professional relationships with existing and non trading customersConduct sales negotiations with customers having responsibility for agreeing planned volume, price targets etc.Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in designated customer portfolioEssential Capabilities (knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Personal Attributes)In depth customer, market and channel knowledge within Buying Groups & National Wholesale. xjdpvnf Proven success with selling NPD / product and range launches to customersSales, Negotiation, Business Planning, Forecasting and Category ManagementExcellent communication skills, a Strategic Thinker combined with Analytical capabilityEssential Work ExperiencesProven, successful track record and experience of selling to and managing a range and breadth of Foodservice customers within the UKRecent experience of managing distributors, plus end user accounts and buying groups at a Headquarter & member level.
