Nissan Formula E Team has been competing in motorsport and the FIA Formula E World Championship for many years and is looking for a Race Mechanic tocontribute to the team's development.Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.The Race Mechanic plays a critical role in the preparation, performance, and reliability of the Formula Erace cars across all on-track activities, including test sessions, qualifying, and race events.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, build, and maintain race cars to the highest performance and safety standards for all track sessionsCarry out detailed assembly, setup, and scrutineering checks in compliance with technical regulationsSupport car build-up and garage operations ahead of each session, ensuring readiness under tight time constraintsPerform rapid diagnostics, repairs, and adjustments during practice, qualifying, and race sessions in response to incidents or driver feedbackExecute preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of all mechanical componentsConduct thorough inspections of car systems and components before, during, and after track runningWork closely with race engineers to implement setup changes and optimize car performanceContribute to the continuous improvement of mechanical systems, processes, and component lifecycle managementActively participate in pre- and post-session briefings and debriefings to support performance analysis and technical developmentMaintain and manage tools, equipment, and garage organization to ensure operational efficiency at the track and factoryEnsure strict adherence to safety standards, FIA regulations, and team procedures at all timesPrepare and organize all necessary tools and equipment ahead of each session to enable fast and efficient interventions under pressureProvide technical support across the team as required, including during car build, freight, and event operationsSkills & Experience:Experience as a Mechanic within a motorsport environment, ideally in Formula E or other single-seater racing seriesStrong understanding xjdpvnf of race car systems, including mechanical assemblies, setup changes, and trackside operationsExperience working in high-pressure, time-critical environments such as race weekends and test sessionsAbility to perform rapid diagnostics and repairs under tight deadlinesSolid knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in motorsport (FIA environment preferred)Strong team player with effective communication skills, working closely with engineers and performance staffHigh level of attention to detail and commitment to performance and reliabilityFluent French is requiredWorking knowledge of English (ability to understand, read, and communicate effectively)
