SummaryWe are looking for a Pastoral Manager to support staff and students at Harris Academy Clapham, promoting a safe environment with excellent levels of behaviour so everyone is entitled to learn. You will help overcome barriers to learning using a range of techniques, including pupil counselling, focusing on the academic, social and emotional wellbeing of the pupils. The actual salary for this role will be £34,341.19 - £35,919.92 (39 weeks per year, 37.5 hours per week). This is a fixed-term contract starting as soon as possible.
