Ocean Freight Coordinator - Lichfield - Up to 35,000 We're looking for an experienced Sea Freight Forwarder to manage end-to-end import/export operations (FCL & LCL) for our client. This is a hands-on forwarding role combining operations and customer service, with opportunities to support commercial growth. Job type: Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 17:30 Salary: Up to 35,000 - Hybrid option after passing of probation (3 days office, 2 days home) Day-to-day: Handle full shipment cycle: bookings, documentation, customs, and delivery Provide quotes, negotiate rates, and support sales Build relationships with carriers, agents, and clients Monitor shipments and resolve issues proactively Maintain accurate records and invoicing Requirements: 5+ years in sea freight forwarding working for a UK based freight forwarder Right to work in the UK - No sponsorship is on offer Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs, and documentation Experience with FCL/LCL shipments Confident communicator with commercial awareness Familiarity with TMS/CRM systems WR Logistics are the #1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
