Trainee Toolmaker, Gloucestershire, Negotiable My client is an established and successful engineering / manufacturing client providing precision engineering services and manufacturing pressed components to a variety of industries. They are looking to add to their team and succession plan for the future. The client is keen to find somebody eager and keen to pursue a career in press tool manufacture. Specific Responsibilities: - Maintaining and refurbishment of production tooling CNC & Manual Turning and Milling. Maintaining, repairing, modifying and production new press tools. Controlling stock levels of press tool spares. Generating spares lists with the relevant controlled drawings ready for manufacture. Working hours are: - 7-30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, 7-30 to 1pm Friday. 25 Holidays + Stats The successful candidate will be looking for a career in toolmaking, you could be a recently qualified apprentice or perhaps a machinist looking to move into a new engineering discipline.
