This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, managing bookings, and coordinating workshop operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and at the service counter Prepare job cards, raise invoices, and manage service bookings Liaise with technicians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time Keep customers updated on job progress, costs, and authorisations Complete estimates accurately and ensure workshop workload is efficiently managed What were looking for: Previous experience as a service advisor in a commercial vehicle or van environment Strong organisational and communication skills Proficiency with DMS systems (e.g., Kerridge) or similar Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and provide excellent customer serviceJBRP1_UKTJ
