Director of FP&A / Finance Director (Interim – 6 Months) B2B SaaS EK0104 We’re supporting a growing B2B SaaS business to appoint an interim Director of FP&A / Finance Director on a 6-month contract. This is a full-time role with a requirement to be in the Cambridge office 2 days per week. This is a high-impact position focused on strengthening reporting, driving commercial insight, and supporting leadership with clear, actionable financial information. The Role Lead and elevate board reporting, delivering high-quality, insight-driven packs aligned to core SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC) Own FP&A and business performance reporting, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and support strategic decision-making Drive improvements in reporting, processes, and financial rigour, bringing best practice into the business Operate as a hands-on finance leader, comfortable working across both strategic and detailed aspects of the role Requirements Strong experience in B2B SaaS, with a clear understanding of key SaaS metrics and what “good looks like” Proven track record delivering board-level reporting and insight Commercially focused, with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders Hands-on approach; comfortable operating in a lean environment and driving change ACA (Big 4) qualified preferred, but not essential#J-18808-Ljbffr
