The Client:Our Client are a Tier 1 New Build Housing contractor working Nationally. This top ten house builder produce a wide range of homes for first time buyers and Housing Associations across the Country offering all-inclusive specifications. They are looking to recruit a Site Manager based in Peterborough.The Role:As the Site Manager, you will support and manage the site-based team to ensure that the required health, safety and environmental performance standards are achieved. You will contribute to the efficient and safe management of the building site and help maintain all necessary records and documents throughout every stage of the development.Duties:Manage, control and motivate all site staff including subcontractors and agency staffEnsure that Company Health & Safety Policies and procedures are strictly adhered toEnsure the project is running within budget and to programmeMaintain and produce, on request, up-to-date Health & Safety recordsEnsure all Environmental and Waste Management Policies are adhered toEnsure that all staff, sub-contractors and visitors to the site are appropriately inductedFully adhere to the Company's Customer Care & Customer Satisfaction Policy & ProceduresConform to building regulations and warranty providers' requirements (NHBC & LABC)Ensure works undertaken are in full accordance with the cost provision allocatedEnsure accurate production/progress returns are updatedAttend and minute a weekly Sales/Construction MeetingCheck the quality of finished product and snag each plot prior to each NHBC inspectionEnsure all site administration is carried out in accordance with Head Office requirementsSkills & ExperienceMust have previous experience working for a residential house builder at Assistant Site Manager levelMust have up-to-date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislationAbility to manage change and use their own initiativeExcellent organisational skills with the ability to handle complex situations and motivate othersAppropriate CSCS card, valid SMSTS, First Aid certificateBenefitsThe opportunity of working with one of the top ten house building Contractors. xjdpvnf Package and car allowanceYou will need residential experience for this role!If you are interested in this Site Manager position, please forward your CV to
