Job Title: SurveyorIf you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description.Job Type: Temporary ongoing Location: Huntington covering East Region Salary: 200 a day CIS (need own van) Start Date: ASAP Carry out property surveys across social housing, focusing on planned and responsive works, including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. It will include travelling to different sites across the East Region. Key Responsibilities Survey properties, identify defects, and produce schedules of worksRead, interpret, and validate kitchen plans and layoutsCoordinate with contractors, residents, and internal teamsEnsure works meet building regulations, health & safety, and social housing standardsMonitor on-site works for quality, compliance, and cost efficiencyProvide technical advice across trades, including plumbing, electrical, joinery, and tiling Skills & Experience Experience as a surveyor in social housing or similar environmentAbility to read technical drawings and kitchen plans xjdpvnf Knowledge of plumbing and other tradesStrong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skillsRelevant qualification in building surveying, construction, or equivalent experienceFull UK driving licence If you would like to discuss further - please contact our Maintenance Team Maryrisa or Holli on
