An established law firm based in Hayling Island is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy property department. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.There may also be a small amount of straightforward commercial property work involved in the role, ideally within the candidates existing experience or capability.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions.If your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process.Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and completion statements.Conduct property searches and review title documentation.Assist with occasional straightforward commercial property matters, where appropriate.Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Provide clear and timely updates to clients on the progress of their matters.Maintain accurate case files and records using the firms case management system.RequirementsPrevious experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently.Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner considered.Some familiarity with commercial property transactions would be advantageous.Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant property law.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong communication and client care abilities. xjdpvnf Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.BenefitsCompetitive salary depending on experienceSupportive and collaborative working environmentOpportunities for professional development
