Youll be responsible for ensuring product information is accurate, structured, and effectively managed across systems, supporting key areas such as procurement, supply chain, and category management.If you enjoy working with data, systems, and processes and want to be the go-to person for product data this could be a great opportunity.What youll be doingManaging and maintaining product data across ERP and PIM systemsEnsuring product information (e.g. SKUs, attributes, ranges, specifications) is accurate, complete, and up to dateOwning the day-to-day management of product data, including updates, changes, and lifecycle managementWorking closely with Category Managers to support product ranges and classificationsSupporting Procurement with new product onboarding, supplier data, and pricing updatesEnsuring product structures support supply chain, stock management, and operational processesMonitoring data quality, identifying issues, and driving improvementsSupporting the implementation and ongoing development of product data processes and standardsAnalysing product data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities (e.g. obsolete stock)What were looking forExperience working with product data, master data, or PIM systemsStrong understanding of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Dynamics, Business Central, etc.)Experience managing product attributes, SKUs, and data structuresA highly organised and detail-oriented approachConfidence working across teams such as procurement, supply chain, and categoryStrong analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and improve processesIdeally:Experience within FMCG, wholesale, distribution, or retail environmentsThis is a great opportunity to take ownership of a critical business function, working with key stakeholders across the organisation and making a real impact on how product data is managed and used.JBRP1_UKTJ
