COMPANY USP'SIndustry-accredited teams with national coverage and strong client retention.Work backed by quality-assured systems conforming to relevant standards.Focus on safety, training, and professional development across engineering teams.JOB PURPOSEOn offer is an exciting new permanent opportunity for a fully qualified Lightning Protection Engineer looking to join a growing company that provide opportunities to progress with optional overtime and door to door pay.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESInstall lightning protection systems, including air rods, tapes, and earthingCarry out basic testing and inspection of installed systemsAssist with maintenance and repair work on existing installationsWork safely at height on a range of buildings and structuresFollow site drawings, instructions, and company proceduresComplete basic job reports and documentationEnsure all work is carried out in line with health 'safety requirementsUse and maintain tools and equipment properlySupport other engineers and work effectively as part of a teamCovering the Midlands areaQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCENvq level 2/3 in Lightning ProtectionPrevious experience in lightning protection, electrical installation, or building servicesWorking knowledge of lightning protection systems (BS EN 62305 preferred)Experience installing or maintaining earthing systems, bonding, or external electrical worksConfident working at height on ladders, scaffolding, or MEWPsAbility to use basic testing equipment and carry out continuity/earth testingFull UK driving licence.SALARY & BENEFITS18-20 per hour doe 49 hours/week (10 hours Monday -Thursday, 9 hours Friday.)Company vehicle provided for business and personal use.Door-to-door travelOpportunity to work across multiple projects with a specialist electrical services team.JBRP1_UKTJ
